I recently listened to Emma Grede’s Aspire podcast in which she featured Alicia Lyttle. They talked about how to use AI in business and your personal life. I love Emma’s podcast, because it’s so positive and empowering, and just damn cool. Also, she has a British accent and podcasts with people who have accents are generally better. Just facts.
As I build my AI-powered practice (plug: opsloreadvisory.com), I document the journey here: the ideas, the how-to's, and the occasional solopreneur therapy session.
One of Alicia’s points, which I have also written about, is that AI agents aren't tools anymore; they're coworkers. They execute tasks with real business value that you depend on, just like a human colleague would. Because of this, business org charts should now reflect the mix of humans & agents in any given function. So in this spirit of AI tinkering, I asked Claude to create an org chart of Ops Lore

These are grouped by function ranging from Business Development to Brand and Content. Not only does it display the loops that I’ve created, it also has tools that I use on the daily categorized by function. Orderly, color-coded, ops-nerd approved. My heart is happy. So this is what a solopreneur’s org chart looks like, less of a mix of humans and AI, and more of a large AI skew. Without my AI workmates, I would not be able to move as quickly as I do now. And while I like this representation today, I can’t wait to see how completely differently this will look in one month, or even next week. That is also just facts.
One more thing for my fellow solopreneurs: the unbridled optimism represented in this data from this week’s a16z’s Charts of the Week

“We find that there has been a substantial increase in the number of solopreneurs earning over $100,000 in our index, but an even larger increase in the number earning at higher income thresholds, with a clear acceleration since 2023. More than twice as many solopreneurs earned over $1 million in 2025 than in 2023, and close to three times as many crossed $5 million and $10 million. “
HECK YEAH!!
PS: I’d love to see your Human + AI org chart
